Scientific and methodological foundations for the development of the education system

Abstract
Relevance. The article analyzes education in the context of a systematic approach, reveals the characteristics of education as a complex dynamic system that is not always manageable through artificially created structures in the form of an administrative apparatus. On the example of the existing features of modern domestic education, potential opportunities, predictors and barriers to the development of the education system are revealed. The article draws attention to the acmeological aspect of education as a social sphere and can be used as the basis for further empirical research in this direction.
Purpose of the study In this article, we will analyze the methodological basis for the development of education in the context of a systematic approach.
