Abstract
Relevance. The article presents the features of determining the individual level of intensity of specific loads of highly qualified swimmers of sports of persons with musculoskeletal system damage and sports of the blind. Setting training goals in different periods of the training process, selecting the volume and intensity of loads, means and methods of training, as well as the frequency of training sessions are determined by the individual functional capabilities of a swimmer with disabilities, his anatomical, physiological and psychological characteristics, the degree of adaptability of responses of varying urgency, the availability of exercises performed for him, medical limitations, conditioned by nosology.
The purpose of the study is the peculiarities of determining the individual training load of highly qualified swimmers of sports of persons with musculoskeletal system (ODE) and sports of the blind.
Methods and organization of research. To achieve the goal, an analysis of the scientific literature on the research topic was applied. A review of more than 30 scientific sources was conducted on the topic of the study, of which 4 domestic and 3 foreign titles were included in the content of the publication, as well as theoretical data from the research work of the integrated scientific group on Russian Paralympic swimming.
Conclusions. The results of the conducted research can be taken into account when compiling the rules and methods of sports training of swimmers in adaptive sports, taking into account nosological factors.
