Abstract

Relevance. About 2/3 of those who have received higher education in the Russian Federation do not work on a special basis. Even more citizens are disappointed by their own career achievements.

Purpose. Choosing the most accurate career solution due to the examples of the most famous people with a similar personality structure.

Methodology and organization of the research. The methodology is shown in the project diagram. The created algorithm detects these mistakes in its choice of 2/3 of applicants in advance. The effectiveness of the technique has been repeatedly tested on the examples of people 35-45 years old with achievements. According to this indicator, the methodology has a leading position.

Results of the research. The authors managed to formulate the most likely solution for the personality structure, generate on this basis a career decision of the applicant that allows winning the greatest competition and formalize it with modern IT tools.

Conclusions. The test used can be used to evaluate applicants/students when applying for an internship/master's degree.
