Abstract

Therapeutic gymnastics is included in addition to the comprehensive treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis. The means of therapeutic gymnastics have a positive effect on the joint treatment with drugs such as corticosteroids, immunomodulators and, in general, pharmacotherapy. Like any person, people with multiple sclerosis have various degrees of training by means of therapeutic physical culture, which depends on age, the level of physical fitness in the past, the degree of coordination-motor, intellectualmnestic, behavioral and other disorders. Therefore, an individual set of exercises with different levels of activity is selected for each patient, while evaluating it according to the extended disability scale (EDSS).
