Motivation of the coaching and teaching staff in modern conditions of the implementation of sports training

Abstract
The article is devoted to the review of the impact of modern conditions on the activities of sports schools. The conducted research suggests that the inclusion of information technologies in the training process can increase the level of motivation of the coaching and teaching staff for professional activity.
