Abstract

Relevance. As the practice of physical education and sports activities at the university shows, student-athletes who have suffered birth injuries demonstrate a low result of motor activity, the increase of which is seen in the correction of injured cervical vertebrae through physical activity in aerobic mode.

Research methodology. The method of improving the tone of the neuromuscular system of students developed in the course of the study provided for the use of general development, special preparatory, summing physical exercises to strengthen the muscles of the neck, anterior, posterior and lateral surfaces of the musculoskeletal system.

The results of the study. From the results of the study, it was revealed that student-athletes who have suffered birth injuries demonstrate a low result of motor, energy activity, the increase of which is seen in the correction of injured cervical vertebrae through physical exertion, physical exercises in aerobic mode.
