Abstract

Relevance. The article discusses the provisions related to strategic planning in the field of physical culture and sports. Attention is paid to the analysis of the basic principles in this area. The mission of the state is considered on the basis of fundamental acts. The author draws attention to the target indicators for the implementation of program documents. The article examines the positions of scientists in the field under consideration.
The purpose of the study is to study the features of strategic planning in the field of physical culture and sports at the level of the Sverdlovsk region.
Methods and organization of research. The author analyzes the problems of forming the goals of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports and their implementation in fundamental legal acts. It is noted that it is necessary to take into account certain provisions of strategic acts in order to increase the effectiveness of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports.
The results of the study and their discussion. The mechanisms for implementing the Strategy are based on achieving cost effectiveness in the implementation of priority areas. The strategy is supplemented with information about programs and projects, their territorial alignment. It is noted that the definition of the main directions of state regulation in the field of physical culture and sports and their justification largely affect the effectiveness of state policy in the field of socio-economic life.
Conclusions. In order to maintain positive dynamics and sustainable development of physical culture and sports in the coming years, it is necessary to develop the FC and C infrastructure in the region and ensure that the pace is maintained through the construction and reconstruction of low-budget sports infrastructure within walking distance, created taking into account the needs of people with disabilities and the disabled.
