Abstract
Relevance. Karate helps a lot in the development of a person's physical and moral condition, as well as educates discipline. At the moment, there are many species and their subspecies in this world. In addition to species and their subspecies, there are also their varieties. Karate comes to the rescue in case of danger.
The purpose of the study is to consider the types of karate in a historical and applied context.
Methods and organization of research – In karate, the student's degree is "kyu" and the master's degree is "given". The average number of them is ten, but due to different styles it may differ. The number of "kyu" decreases with increasing master level, and the number of "dan", on the contrary, increases. In order to get the next level, you need to show the skill of performing kata and free combat. Most mistakenly believe that the degrees in karate depend on the results of the competitions. The pre-meth that shows the degree in karate is the belt.
The results and their discussion – in total, there are about 10 different styles, the emergence of which is associated with different applied tasks.
Conclusions. It can be said that the difference between schools is precisely in the formulation of a certain movement, the use of body parts, racks designed for this, and the number of jumps. The basic technique is the same for everyone – it is enough just to read the description of the subtle details of karate do in a verified source.
