Pedagogical conditions for the use of sports wrestling equipment in the process of professional training of physical culture and sports personnel

Abstract

Relevance. In this article, an attempt is made to substantiate the pedagogical conditions that increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional orientation as a value-semantic basis for the professional competence of wrestling coaches.
The purpose of the study is to identify and create pedagogical conditions for the formation of a professional orientation of a wrestling coach that significantly affect the learning process and the formation of the personality of a future specialist.
Methods and organization of research. The content of the pedagogical conditions of a wrestling coach includes such components as knowledge of the history of the development of wrestling, knowledge of the judging system in wrestling, possession of self-insurance skills; knowledge of the methodology of acrobatic exercises; knowledge of the methodology of basic techniques in wrestling; understanding of biomechanics in wrestling.
The results of the study and their discussion. The professional activity of a wrestling coach-teacher provides for a high degree of responsibility for the health of pupils, assumes the ability to communicate with students of various ages and their parents. Professional activity obliges coaches-teachers to be in good shape throughout their professional career and always work taking into account the "professional risk" associated with the likelihood of "futility" of long-term work, under circumstances depending, in particular, on athletes.
Conclusions. The blocks highlighted by us, forming a system of professional activity of a coach, form the basis of the content of academic disciplines and training programs for the training of coaching staff.
