Relevance. Degenerative lesions of the vertebral column and related neurological manifestations are an important problem of modern medical science. It was revealed that methods of physical rehabilitation of patients with osteochondrosis of the spine are more effective when used in a complex.

Purpose is to determine theoretically and justify the effectiveness of the developed methodology of physical rehabilitation of persons aged 30-40 years, with osteochondrosis and protrusions,

Methods and organization of research. A complex technique was applied, including taping and exercises aimed at decompression of the spine.

The results of the research. Patients of the experimental group achieved results already on the thirtieth day, and at the end of the entire course 90% had no complaints. Recommendations for further studies at home were developed for the subjects.

Conclusions. The etiological factors of the development of osteochondrosis and the consequences of intervertebral disc protrusions are presented, the analysis of the means of physical rehabilitation for osteochondrosis and protrusions that are used in modern times is carried out.

Relevance. About 2/3 of those who have received higher education in the Russian Federation do not work on a special basis. Even more citizens are disappointed by their own career achievements.

Purpose. Choosing the most accurate career solution due to the examples of the most famous people with a similar personality structure.

Methodology and organization of the research. The methodology is shown in the project diagram. The created algorithm detects these mistakes in its choice of 2/3 of applicants in advance. The effectiveness of the technique has been repeatedly tested on the examples of people 35-45 years old with achievements. According to this indicator, the methodology has a leading position.

Results of the research. The authors managed to formulate the most likely solution for the personality structure, generate on this basis a career decision of the applicant that allows winning the greatest competition and formalize it with modern IT tools.

Conclusions. The test used can be used to evaluate applicants/students when applying for an internship/master's degree.

Relevance. The economic crisis has a significant impact on the reduction of potential and real consumers of physical culture and sports services, which in turn leads to a decrease in the profitability of sports organizations and, possibly, to their partial bankruptcy.

Purpose. The article examines the impact of the economic crisis on the development and functioning of physical culture and sports organizations engaged in the provision of sports services and the purpose of making a profit.

Methods and organization of research. The financial documents of several sports organizations (Degtyarsk), established in the organizational and legal forms of an individual entrepreneur and limited liability companies, were analyzed.

The results of the research. The article analyzes the results of the financial activity of several sports organizations established in a small town over the past two years.

Conclusions. The majority of commercial physical culture and sports organizations at the moment are not aimed at obtaining maximum profit, but are focused on compensation for losses incurred during the period of downtime and a gradual return to the normal process of their functioning. The possibility of increasing the profitability of the enterprises of the physical culture and sports industry is considered by them only in the future.

Relevance. The question of the participation of sponsors in the sports industry is open and continues to develop. The technology of earning a sponsor on a sports product is complex and requires detail. This paper presents the first development on this topic in Russia from the AKKAR agency (Yekaterinburg).

Purpose. To identify possible mechanisms for assessing sponsorship risks in sports.

Methods and organization of research. When determining the cost of a sponsorship package, a combination of factors is the basis for applying an increasing coefficient to the estimated cost of all other sponsorship opportunities. First of all, an analysis and calculation of the cost of all other sponsorship opportunities is carried out. The coefficients are applied to the total cost of the sponsorship package. We calculate the increasing coefficient for intellectual/image rights.

The results of the research. The evaluation of the cost of attracting athletes is divided into 2 components: the right to use the image of an athlete and the direct costs of implementing activation with him.

Conclusions. The lack of a methodology for such a multivariate process constrains the sponsor's desires. This paper provides an example of such a technique, but it needs to be developed further.

Relevance. The work – both theoretical and practical – systematically outlines the current trends of the competence approach. Using the example of a physical, cultural and recreational organization specializing in working with children with Down syndrome, the issues of cost management and the results of the activities carried out by this organization are investigated.

Purpose. To determine effective means and methods of physical culture and sports for the social adaptation of 5-7-year-old children with Down syndrome.

Methods and organization of research. The basis of the developed health-oriented concept of pedagogical management of social adaptation, which is developing in the health and educational institution of the individual, is revealed.

The results of the research. They are determined primarily by the justification of the classification of competencies and prospects for the formation of a competitive approach in the field of physical culture and recreation activities with children with Down syndrome.

Conclusions. The competence-based approach in the presentation of academic science and higher education presupposes knowledge of terminology and methodology for managing costs and results of physical culture and recreation activities, as well as knowledge of the system relationships operating in this area (from the standpoint of their axiomatic limits).

Purpose. To develop a training methodology aimed at preventing the development of knee arthrosis in older people.

Methods and organization of research. The study of the functional state of patients with arthrosis of the knee joint was carried out on the basis of the "Family Doctor Medical Center", Yekaterinburg, Frolova str., 25. The study involved patients with the second stage of the disease. For the study, a group of 10 people was taken, the age of patients from 40 to 60 years.

The results of the research. A comparison of the results of testing before and after the experiments on functional-motor tests shows that there is a positive dynamics in the indicators, which are reliable at a significance level of p<0.05. This indicates the effectiveness of the developed complex method of therapeutic gymnastics and massage for patients aged 40 to 60 years with the disease arthrosis of the knee joint of the 2nd degree.

Conclusions. The technique developed by us for a set of exercises of therapeutic gymnastics for arthrosis of the knee joint of the second degree helps to restore the functions of the joint and strengthen it.

Conclusions. The security of the educational environment at the micro level is based on constructive interactions of people and the behavior of an individual that is adequate to the situation. Consequently, one of the main conditions for the functioning of the educational environment is the psychological basis of its security.

Relevance. The article considers the process of interaction of such cultural phenomena as art and sport. The historical dynamics of the relationship between art and sport is noted. The image of football as the most popular sport in poetry is considered.

The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between football and art, primarily football.

Methods of the research. To study the indicated problem, the author used the axiomatic method. Art not only reflects reality as a given, but also models situations that can reveal the best qualities of a person. Sport, which by its nature is filled with the element of struggle, the manifestation of the exertion of strength, the delight of victory, the desperation of time, all that makes up the drama of human life, gives plots that attract the attention of artists of all times.

The results of the research. The history of culture shows that various forms of contacts have been formed between art and sports for a long time. Sport is also a spectacle that requires close contact with the audience. This side of being a sport is expressed. In particular, the fact that one of the dominant trends in the existence of sports is theatricalization. The latter circumstance leads to the need to strengthen the aesthetic and artistic training of professionals in the field of sports.

Conclusions. Football is a spectacle, football is a spec-tacle. It is important that entertainment does not overshadow the essence of the sport, its gaming essence.
