Abstract

In modern football, the trend of intensification of gaming activity is gaining momentum, not only the speed of execution of individual techniques is accelerating, tactical schemes and features of player placement are undergoing significant changes, which presuppose multiple implementation of attacking actions in game moments. The evolution of gaming activity has significantly increased the requirements for the qualification of gamers.

Purpose – to develop a set of physical exercises aimed at developing the speed of motor reaction and analyze its effectiveness in football players of different age groups.

Methods and organization The study was conducted in three stages: assessment of the speed abilities of athletes before the experiment, conducting experimental work with an experimental group, namely, the introduction of the author's training methodology and a control study of speed-strength abilities to assess the effectiveness of the program.

Abstract

Relevance. Sports activities are becoming more diverse and more intense. It involves both athletes and coaches, as well as representatives of various sciences studying man and his motor activity. In this variety of factors of sports activity and various aspects expressed by specialists, the coach often does not find the optimal solution in setting a motor task for an athlete. To optimize sports training, it is advisable to identify and analyze the causes of methodological errors.

The purpose of the study: Identification of the causes of scientific and methodological problems of sports activity.

Methods and organization of research: Literature analysis. Analysis of practical sports activities.

MATHEMATICAL AND NATURAL-SCIENTIFIC ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

Relevance. As the practice of physical education and sports activities at the university shows, student-athletes who have suffered birth injuries demonstrate a low result of motor activity, the increase of which is seen in the correction of injured cervical vertebrae through physical activity in aerobic mode.

Research methodology. The method of improving the tone of the neuromuscular system of students developed in the course of the study provided for the use of general development, special preparatory, summing physical exercises to strengthen the muscles of the neck, anterior, posterior and lateral surfaces of the musculoskeletal system.

The results of the study. From the results of the study, it was revealed that student-athletes who have suffered birth injuries demonstrate a low result of motor, energy activity, the increase of which is seen in the correction of injured cervical vertebrae through physical exertion, physical exercises in aerobic mode.

Abstract

Relevance. In team sports, acrobatics, martial arts, the effectiveness of competitive activity is determined by various factors, the consideration of which makes it possible to achieve success. A significant factor is the space-time orientation of athletes.

The purpose of the study Development of a technique for assessing the athlete's reaction to a moving object, which allows assessing the state of sensorimotor activity, the development of fatigue and the degree of accuracy of motor actions.

Research methods and organization: To assess the state of the nervous system of an athlete, a computer program has been developed to study a person's reaction to a change in the angular dimensions of a figure on a monitor screen in comparison with a standard (template) with registration of the number of advanced and delayed reactions. The program was tested on students of the Institute of Physical Culture.

Abstract

Relevance. Nowadays, in sports medicine, the problem of diagnosing and correcting disorders of the musculoskeletal system is acute. Asymmetric sports, such as volleyball, clay shooting, football and a number of others, in which one of the body parts is predominantly used, provoke a change in muscle balance and, as a result, the development of posture disorders. The combination of these factors leads to pain syndromes, accelerated wear of the joints, decreased performance and sports longevity. The method of correction of muscle balance written by us, based on the collected knowledge of existing rehabilitation programs N.G. Melnikov in 2015, for highly qualified volleyball players with existing right-sided and leftsided scoliotic arches, allows for the prevention of diseases associated with decompensation of the mechanisms of posture regulation and maintains a high level of performance. Clinical examination methods and computer stabilometry were used to diagnose existing disorders for the purpose of the subsequent necessary selection of exercises.

Abstract

Relevance. The tasks of preserving the health of people are a priority all over the world. In recent years, due to political, socio-economic problems, pandemics in society, the level of psychological stress has been growing. Physical culture and sports, being key components of a healthy lifestyle (HLS), are considered as one of the most effective ways to reduce emotional fatigue, depression and feelings of fear. For a better implementation of the tasks of a healthy lifestyle, state support is needed in its popularization, the development of the social sphere, infrastructure, as well as the personal initiative of each person.

MEDICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

Relevance. Today, stroke prevention is an urgent problem in the healthcare system around the world: since 2010, the medical community has adhered to the recommendations of experts from different countries on the secondary prevention of IS, which did not differ significantly from each other. However, in 2021, practical recommendations were developed by: the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association (ACA and AAI) and the Russian Ministry of Health, which proposed the latest provisions discussed in this review study.

Abstract

Relevance. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, it was revealed that the goniometric indicators of the mobility of the joints of the upper and lower extremities of children of primary school age with cerebral palsy differ slightly from the normative values, except for the indicator of dorsal flexion of the foot. As a result of the application of the technique developed by us for the correction of motor disorders by means of swimming, an increase in the indices of mobility of the joints of the upper and lower extremities of children of primary school age with cerebral palsy is observed, while the increase in the indices of movements of the joints of the lower extremities is more pronounced than the increase in the indices of the upper extremities.

The purpose of the study: Theoretically and experimentally to substantiate the effectiveness of the technique with the means of swimming for the correction of motor disorders in children with cerebral palsy.

Abstract

Relevance. The article emphasizes the relevance of students' emotional burnout study. This phenomenon is defined as academic burnout. It is noted that in student-athletes development it is due to the heterochronism of the professional activity stages and professional training stages. The similarity of the third burnout stage and addictive behavior is highlighted. The question is raised about the relationship between academic burnout and various kinds of addictions. The data of an experimental study, which included the study of two groups of student-athletes: full-time students, with an average age of 19 years, and part-time students, with an average age of 34 years, are presented. It was found that both groups have high burnout rates. Due to their age, young athletes prefer non-chemical addictions such as gaming and social media. In the adult group, attempts to cope with burnout were more associated with chemical addiction and workaholism. Using statistical methods, the relationship between emotional burnout in student athletes and a tendency to addictive behavior has been proved.

Research methods and organization: Currently, the problem of various types of addictions – chemical and non–chemical - is gaining great importance and is reflected in the fundamental research of authors  studying the nature and mechanisms of addictions.

Abstract

Relevance. The rapid development of information technologies puts the educational institution in a difficult position. There are no industry standards for IT, educational programs on IT in sports are being formed. It is not possible to study the entire IT sphere. In this situation, it is recommended to study what cannot be done without in the field of FKiS.

Methods and organization of the study. Formation of a list of programs that are most often mentioned in search queries together with the concepts of the FKiS sphere.
