THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
In the context of a dynamically developing fitness sphere and changing economic conditions, new tasks appear within the framework of training personnel in the fitness industry. The study shows possible methods for assessing the degree of need for staff training, as well as mechanisms for solving this problem within the framework of the work of a fitness club. Results and their discussion. As part of the study, the level of literacy of fitness club trainers was assessed on the example of organizations in the city of Yekaterinburg, and ways of further development of this study were determined. Conclusions. As a result of the conducted research, it was found that the combination of basic education and additional training courses makes it possible to achieve the greatest effectiveness in the development of the level of literacy of trainers.
Currently, sports training is a pedagogical process of physical education by means specific to a particular sport, aimed at achieving the physical and spiritual perfection of an athlete and high sportsmanship. The training process in rowing is no exception. Sports training in rowing is aimed at developing the physical qualities of athletes and consists of general and special physical training of rowers during training sessions and competitions. One of the most important components of the physical training of rowing athletes is the level of development of coordination abilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to increase the level of development of coordination abilities in children aged 10-11 years engaged in rowing.
MATHEMATICAL AND NATURAL-SCIENTIFIC ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
This study reflects the implementation of digitalization of the field of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation through the implementation of advanced training courses for coaches of sports schools in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the introduction of digital products and services in physical culture and sports organizations, it is expected to increase the efficiency of management, the training process, and interaction with citizens. This study shows the experience of professional development of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports on the basis of the Faculty of Advanced Training of the Yekaterinburg Institute of Physical Culture (branch) "UralGUFK".
SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
The relevance of physical culture and sports facilities is a constantly changing system, inextricably linked with the development of society. The social changes taking place in society are bringing to life new types and forms of physical culture and recreation and leisure activities. There has been a clear integration of cultural and sports activities with an increase in the share of active leisure. Various groups of the population are involved in classes, various forms of family leisure are developing, the importance of information classes and communication, mass events is increasing. In parallel with this, the sport of higher achievements is also developing, which puts forward new levels of requirements for physical culture and sports facilities.
The development of a program for the development of physical culture and sports and the setting of goals should be based on the state of the external and internal environment. It is necessary to take into account the level and living conditions from which it is necessary to proceed when forming means and methods of improving physical culture and sports. In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated deterioration of material well-being, the motor activity of the population has significantly decreased. Such a sharp drop suggests that the state is not ready to maintain stable physical activity in the absence of public access to fitness centers. The article outlines the tasks that can increase the level of physical development of the population of Russia.
MEDICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
The use of dance therapy practices by a group of young people under 30 years of age has shown its beneficial effect in terms of their physical and psychosocial condition. Demonstrates the socializing effect of dance therapy, its benefits for the body and mind, incl. reducing stress levels, combating lethargy and apathy, strengthening self-esteem and self-confidence, toning muscles, and improving cardiovascular sustainability.
Therapeutic gymnastics is included in addition to the comprehensive treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis. The means of therapeutic gymnastics have a positive effect on the joint treatment with drugs such as corticosteroids, immunomodulators and, in general, pharmacotherapy. Like any person, people with multiple sclerosis have various degrees of training by means of therapeutic physical culture, which depends on age, the level of physical fitness in the past, the degree of coordination-motor, intellectualmnestic, behavioral and other disorders. Therefore, an individual set of exercises with different levels of activity is selected for each patient, while evaluating it according to the extended disability scale (EDSS).
PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
The article is devoted to the review of the impact of modern conditions on the activities of sports schools. The conducted research suggests that the inclusion of information technologies in the training process can increase the level of motivation of the coaching and teaching staff for professional activity.

To achieve the goal and solve the objectives of the Strategy, as well as taking into account the national goals defined by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2020 No. 474 "On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030", the following priority areas of development have been formed: improvement and development of mechanisms for information support of activities in the field of physical culture and sports, including coverage of mass physical culture and sports events in the media, the Internet information and telecommunication network, social media, as well as the promotion of various projects, actions and activities aimed at involving the population in systematic physical education and sports. To improve the mechanisms for information support of activities, first of all, it is necessary to analyze the current situation.
