THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
The paper considers the possibilities of expanding the content of physical education activities by including tasks for improving physical qualities, intellectual abilities, motivation of preschoolers in the context of preparing for passing the TRP standards of the 1st level. The influence of the developed means on the motivation of children of senior preschool age to pass the TRP standards of the 1st stage was analyzed. The level of readiness of children of senior preschool age to pass the norms of the TRP of the 1st stage was revealed.
Purpose - to reveal the influence of different conditions on the physical readiness of children of senior preschool age to pass the TRP standards.
Methods and organization of the study. The developed means of preparing children for passing the TRP standards are focused on the child's understanding of causal relationships between facts. At preschool age, this means that the child develops not only physical qualities, but also intellectual abilities.
An extremely important means of preventing "cold" diseases is the use of various hardening procedures. Many of the previously frequently ill people stop getting sick at all or get sick 2-3 times less often after they begin to systematically actively harden. When hardening, the body develops resistance to cooling and, thereby, to "colds" and some other diseases.
Purpose - the influence of various hardening factors on the development of a training effect for cooling and what factors of influence and their combinations (strong or weak, conduction, followed by warming up, self-massage, etc.) are the most optimal.
Methods and organization of the study: The mode of accelerated local adaptation was used in the experiment. The task of the study was to find out how all these various factors influence the development of a training effect for cooling.
The article analyzes the methodological support of the discipline of sports tourism. Weak methodological support was revealed, the lack of modern textbooks on sports tourism, which would cover each discipline of tourism in full, necessary for studying by specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
The purpose of the study: It is necessary to create and develop a new system of theoretical knowledge and concepts in the discipline of sports tourism for each group separately.
Research methods and organization: a comparative analysis of the scientific and methodological literature on the organization of tourism classes with other sports was carried out. Methodological approaches in the preparation of athletes in the group of disciplines "walking distances" require a comprehensive acquaintance with the technique of the main disciplines of athletics, such as running and jumping, respectively, and the methodology for their training. In the group of disciplines "ski distances" the methodological approaches adopted in skiing are needed.
MATHEMATICAL AND NATURAL-SCIENTIFIC ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
Relevance. In recent years, in the modern world, there has been a tendency to smooth out gender differences, which is manifested by signs of inversion of the morphological indicators of sexual dimorphism among both boys and girls.
The purpose of the study: To study the morphological and psychological indicators of the sexual constitution in 250 female athletes aged 19-22 years old, involved in masculine, neutral and feminine sports.
Methods and organization of the study. The morphological and psychological indicators of the sexual constitution were studied in 250 sportswomen aged 19-22, who go in for masculine, neutral and feminine sports.
The process of physical education ensures the implementation of its goals, first of all, by performing various physical exercises, which are aimed at directly solving two main groups of problems. The first task is associated with the development of physical (motor) qualities and the second task is aimed at the formation of human motor actions.
The purpose of the study is to build a model of the biomechanical parameters of the technique of squatting with a barbell on the chest in the process of sports training of weightlifters based on the use of the system-symmetric method of cognition of biological systems. The application of this method is based on the idea of studying the biomechanical structure of the technique of squatting with a barbell on the chest as an object of symmetry.
Research methods and organization: The experiment is based on the idea of studying the biomechanical structure of the squatting technique with a barbell on the chest as an object of symmetry. Registration of biomechanical characteristics was carried out on the basis of the use of an optical system for three-dimensional video analysis of movements. For the experiment, a group of 15 weightlifters of the CMS and MS levels was selected who were given a building to demonstrate the rational technique of squatting with a barbell on their chest.
SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
Relevance. Since sport is one of the sectors of the economy and a specific business area, an alternative version of the model for managing and organizing sports games competitions is proposed, presumably increasing their economic efficiency.
The purpose of the study is to develop a model of mixed partnership (public and private), which will help adapt the activities of sports organizations to the market laws of competition and improve their financial and economic performance.
Methods and organization of the study. The basic methodological aspects of the formation of the National Professional Handball League in Belarus suggest three variants of its economic model. One of the options is based on the concept of public-private partnership. Since in the Russian Federation sport is financed mainly by the state, this model seems to us the most preferable.
The influence of Chinese sports in the world is becoming more and more prominent, and Chinese sports culture is gradually becoming a kind of sports culture, combining national culture and economic construction. Sport has a positive impact on the politics, economy, culture and society of the country.
The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of sports culture on the state.
Methods and organization of the research: Studying the connotations of Chinese sports culture by discussing and searching for historical documents about Chinese sports.
MEDICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
In the process of bathing, infants are immersed in an aquatic environment that is close to them from birth, and the presence of a swimming reflex and diving determines these motor acts with which they come into the world and this positively affects their subsequent development. Learning to swim has a beneficial effect on the physical and motor development of children.
The purpose of the study: to develop an experimental methodology for recreational swimming in the process of training with preschool children with mental retardation.
Research methods and organization: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological sources; diagnostics of the functional state: heart rate (HR), Stange test and respiratory rate (RR); diagnostics of physical fitness in tests: 30 m run, long jump from a place, throwing a small ball for a distance, M.E. Romberg and torso tilt forward from a sitting position; diagnostics of the psycho-emotional state: Luscher test and CAT test; survey of parents; pedagogical supervision; math statistics.
Relevance. According to current statistics for 2022, there are already more than 730 thousand children with disabilities in the age group from 0 to 18 years. Based on these data, it is obvious that every year in the Russian Federation there is an increase in the growth of disability among the child population.
The purpose of the study: to assess the development of strength abilities in children of primary school age with a diagnosis of spastic diplegia in the process of adaptive physical education classes based on the use of strength exercises for children of this contingent.
Methods and organization of the study: The study is based on the application of the author's methodology developed by Ph.D., Associate Professor S.A. Drobysheva. This technique includes means aimed at the formation of psycho-emotional contact with the child, the improvement of household self-service skills, the development of new motor skills and abilities by performing strength exercises from various starting positions with the weight of one's own body and with weights.
Relevance. In view of the steady increase in cases of detection of post-traumatic stress disorders, in persons who have experienced traumatic events, there is a need to search for new methods of prevention and treatment. At the same time, Chinese taiji-quan gymnastics, as one of the types of physical activity, has recently become very popular among various segments of the population.
Purpose of the study: To conduct a systematic review and, on the basis of this, determine the possibility of active use as a prevention and treatment of post-stress disorders with the help of taiji-quan gymnastics.
Research methods and organization; Taking into account the basic principles of performing exercises, the main healing effect of taijiquan gymnastics is determined by the body's adaptation to this form of motor activity. This process is based on the improvement of conditioned reflex connections, i.e. improving the regulation of visceral organs and systems of the body, which leads to an improvement in adaptive capabilities.
PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS
Relevance. Sport has significant reserves for the aesthetic development of a person. By influencing the development of students through physical education, a coach, a teacher of physical education, lays the foundation for the versatile development of his spiritual and physical qualities, uses serious opportunities for perception and emotional sensitivity, characteristic of childhood and adolescence.
The purpose of the study: modeling the pedagogical process using the resource potential of aesthetic education to form the aesthetic personality of young athletes by highlighting and combining its main characteristics.
Research methods and organization: When modeling the pedagogical process of aesthetic education of young athletes, its main characteristics are identified, which make up the content of the model blocks: design, methodological, content-methodical, organizational. The content of the presented blocks directly depends on the goals and objectives to which they are subject.
