Abstract

Relevance. Men of the first period of adulthood enter a phase when the importance of systematic physical exercise increases in order to maintain and improve overall physical fitness and functional capabilities of the body. This becomes especially relevant in the context of a modern lifestyle characterized by a decrease in natural physical activity. In the context of this age group, research on physical fitness is of particular importance.

The purpose of the study is to determine the structural components of the program of physical education and wellness activities for men of the first period of adulthood engaged in a fitness club.

Methods and organization of research. The study was conducted among 30 men aged 21-35 years who are actively engaged in various fitness clubs in Ufa.

The results of the study and their discussion. Currently, there are practically no modern studies devoted to the creation of programs of physical education and recreation activities for men of the first period of adulthood. It is obvious that there is a need for new research and development of programs for physical education and recreation activities for men of this age group. Such programs should take into account their individual morphofunctional changes in order to ensure an effective and safe training effect on the body.

Conclusions. In our opinion, this proposed program of physical education and wellness classes will improve the functional capabilities and physical fitness of men of this age category, and will also contribute to the formation of internal motivation for physical education, even after the end of the program.

Abstract

Relevance. Training with limited blood flow, which is performed with partial vascular occlusion using inflatable cuffs, can cause an increase in skeletal muscle mass and strength, similar to those observed with classical high-intensity training with weights, although with a noticeably lower mechanical load. Performing a load with a restriction of blood flow leads to the accumulation of metabolites, recruitment of motor neurons with a higher excitation threshold, edema of muscle cells, an increase in the concentration of reactive oxygen species, which, in turn, contributes to hypertrophy of muscle fibers, increased muscle strength, mitochondrial biogenesis, angiogenesis, increased activity of glucose transporters. Based on this, training with limited blood flow should have a positive effect on metabolic health.

The aim of the study is a theoretical analysis of the metabolic effects of blood flow restriction training in healthy individuals and in clinical populations.

Methods and organization of the study - this review examines the metabolic effects of TOK in both healthy and clinical populations.

Conclusions. BFR can be considered as a potential method for improving muscle function and metabolism of glucose, triglycerides and fatty acids.

Abstract

Relevance. In the realm of elite sports, the necessity for a straightforward, lucid, and dependable assessment of adaptive resources and mechanisms cannot be overstated. Given the prevalence of near maximum loads in athletic endeavors, there exists a propensity for athletes to teeter on the brink of overtraining. The body, being a single whole, responds to any impact, including physical activity, with a set of changes in its indicators. Fundamental research in the field of sports biochemistry carried out in recent decades, and, in particular, on changes in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism under the influence of various sports activities, has made it possible to widely use the parameters of energy metabolism in sports practice. Lactate analysis is a reliable tool for monitoring the training process since changes in lactate levels reflect the intensity of physical activity and the body's adaptation to stress.

The purpose of the study was to study the lactate content in the blood of highly qualified football players in the pre-competitive period. The work consists of optimizing the training process to achieve high results in competitions.

Methods. The content of lactate in the blood of highly qualified football players in the pre-competition period is being studied, which indicates the importance of this parameter in assessing their physical fitness before competitions. Lactate analysis is an important part of monitoring the training process and allows you to optimize it to achieve the highest results in competitions. To conduct blood lactate testing, a portable lactate analyzer Lactate Plus (Sports) was used.

Conclusions. Optimization of the training process provides coaches and medical personnel with information about the reaction of football player's bodies to training loads in the pre-competition period and helps adapt training programs to the individual needs of each athlete.

Abstract

Relevance. The article deals with the problem related to the education of moral and volitional qualities in the educational and training process of adolescents engaged in sports. The contradiction arising in the practice of sports reserve training is connected with the fact that achievement of high sports results requires the manifestation and thus the formation of personal qualities of young athletes, which are perceived by the society as negative. The methods and techniques of educational influence used by sports teachers often cause disharmony in the personal development of their students. There is a need to develop and implement in the practice of sports training proven methods of development of personal qualities of children and adolescents that meet the requirements of social order.

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of the methodology for the development of moral and volitional qualities of adolescents 12-13 years old engaged in track and field athletics.

Methods and organization of research. To determine the level of development of moral and volitional qualities in adolescents, a specially designed system of five-point evaluation was used. The content of each personal quality was revealed in their main features, which were the main indicators of the level of manifestation of this quality. Each attribute is evaluated in one point. The total evaluation score of each attribute is within the scale from 1 to 5 points. Parents of adolescents, coaches, teachers and class teachers acted as experts. The participants of the forming experiment were adolescents 12-13 years old (boys and girls) engaged in track and field athletics. Two groups were created: control (n=20) and experimental (n=20). The control group was engaged in the standard programme of sports training. The work in the experimental group lasted for one year and provided for the implementation in the educational and training process of the methodology of education of moral and volitional qualities of adolescents.

Conclusions. In the conditions of educational and training process, purposeful activity providing interaction of teachers of secondary school, coaches and parents of teenagers on realization of the offered technique allows to develop effectively moral and volitional qualities of teenagers engaged in track and field athletics.

Abstract

Relevance: Researchers have shown that the characteristics of postural control in open-eyed children with visual impairment were higher than in sighted children, and these data are also associated with physical activity in their free time and the age at which they started playing sports. It is possible that people with visual or hearing impairments are more effective at maintaining balance, which may explain why they achieve similar or better results in posture control tasks compared to their normally developed peers.

The aim of the study is to study the features of the statokinetic stability of athletes of three nosological groups: with hearing impairment, with visual impairment and with intellectual disabilities.

Methods and organization of research. The method of stabilometry was used: the ST-150 stability platform and the STPL program. The area of the statokinesiogram (S, mm2); the average velocity of displacement of the pressure center (V, mm/s) and the energy consumption coefficient (Ke, conl. units) were studied.

The results of the study and their discussion. When analyzing intra-group changes in athletes with hearing impairment, a significant deterioration in the function of static equilibrium was found in the test with closed eyes, which is typical for athletes with intellectual disabilities, but the results in the test with open eyes in these athletes are significantly better than in athletes with hearing impairment. Athletes with hearing impairment and athletes with intellectual disabilities have a pronounced forward asymmetry. In the sagittal plane, athletes with visual impairment have a pronounced asymmetry to the left. Normally balanced control revailed among athletes with hearing impairment. Normally balanced and proprioceptive control was revealed in athletes with visual impairment. Visual control prevailed among athletes with intellectual disabilities. The best statistical stability was revealed in athletes with intellectual disabilities, compared with athletes of the studied nosologies.

Conclusions. Thus, the features of the statokinetic stability of athletes with hearing impairment, visual impairment and intellectual disabilities were revealed.

Abstract

Relevance. One of the ways to improve the state policy on physical culture and sports, optimize physical education and preserve the health of the population of all age groups is the implementation of the AllRussian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Work and Defense". According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, together with the executive authority at all levels, must carry out all necessary measures to implement the TRP complex. Analyzing the program and regulatory documents, we learned that the main directions of implementing the standards of the VFSK "GTO" are: ensuring the process of preparing citizens to meet the requirements of the GTO complex, including the organization of testing centers, medical support, the implementation of measures to stimulate citizens in meeting the standards of the complex and others.

The purpose of the study: to identify negative factors hindering the implementation of the TRP complex in preschool organizations by interviewing physical education teachers.

Methods and organization of the research: to solve the task, an anonymous survey was conducted among teachers in Surgut. 31 listeners took part in the survey. One of the directions of the study was to identify the state of the material and technical base at the place of work. Addressing this problem has led to the fact that preparing for the performance of tests (tests) of the TRP complex also implies the need for independent studies.

The results of the study. We have formulated the following question: to what extent, in your opinion, does the organization of existing sports facilities and recreational areas with the necessary sports equipment and equipment for training, including independent preparation for the performance of tests (tests) of the TRP complex, correspond to your work. The answer was supposed to be correlated with the proposed scale. The results of the survey are shown in the diagram.

Conclusions. The implementation of the TRP program and the possibilities of stimulating interest in it should become an important task for the formation of a healthy and active lifestyle and physical activity of the population. Working to increase awareness of GTO among employers and employees and creating the most appropriate remuneration system can contribute to achieving this goal.

Abstract

The development of digital technologies, in the current reality, is present in almost all spheres of life. Sports are not an exception. The electronic sports passport appeared in the early 2000s. Initially, it was presented as a database on a computer database, then it became available as a mobile application. Nowadays, an electronic sports passport has become an integral part of the lives of many professional athletes and sports enthusiasts. It helps to improve results, monitor workouts and monitor progress.

An electronic sports passport can be used to confirm an athlete's qualifications and gain access to competitions. It contains information about sports achievements, results, performance statistics, as well as various events and events in which the athlete has participated. A passport can also be useful for tracking an athlete's progress and identifying his strengths and weaknesses. It is usually conducted by sports federations and organizations to control and regulate sports competitions.

The advantage of an electronic passport is its ease of use, the ability to store and transfer data about sports achievements, as well as access to various resources and events. The disadvantages are the possibility of hacking and leakage of the athlete's personal data, difficulties that may arise with the compatibility of different electronic passport systems and the need for software updates.

The article discusses the types of electronic passports of athletes, conducted a survey among professional athletes about the availability, convenience and necessity of an electronic passport of an athlete in our time. Based on the data obtained, an analysis of the results was carried out, on the basis of which recommendations were proposed.

Abstract

Relevance. The first official competitions of the Sverdlovsk region in computer sports were the 2019 Sverdlovsk Region Cup in computer sports. Teams consisting of 5 people were allowed to participate in competitions in the Combat Arena discipline, in the form of the DOTA2 program. 8 teams took part in the competition, and 3 teams in full were the teams of Yekaterinburg universities. This is a very important point, since without the participation of university teams, athletes of the Sverdlovsk region would not be able to meet the discharge standards, since in accordance with the requirements of the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification (hereinafter EVSK) for the sport of computer sports, at least 6 teams are required to perform discharge standards.

The purpose of the study was to quantify such a trend of mass sports as student computer sports.

Methods and organization of the study: as a result of the analysis of data on the composition of the teams participating in the Sverdlovsk Region Cup (hereinafter CSR) in computer sports in 2019-2023 according to the combat arena discipline, in the form of the DOTA2 program and the identification among them of the national teams of educational institutions participating in the Sverdlovsk esports Student League, as well as the data are compared with the number of participating teams SCSL in the specified program type.

The results of the study and their discussion. Low motivation of athletes remains among the main problems in student computer sports, as well as high-achievement computer sports. Not all gamers are esports players. By participating in competitions, they try to become them, but the goal of a gamer is to enjoy video games. And the main motivation of a gamer when entering computer sports is the desire to earn income in the form of cash prizes.

Conclusions. To increase motivation, the following solutions are possible: Divide the WKSL into two parallel tournaments for university and university students. To supplement the current EVSC in computer sports with the possibility of fulfilling the discharge standards for the winners of regional physical education events.

Abstract

Relevance. The world community considers drug addiction to be the most serious problem of our time, requiring an immediate solution. The most practical method is sports and, of course, self-confidence. In this article, answers to current issues are given in as much detail and accurately as possible: How drug addiction appears, how to save your life and prevent your own death.

The aim of the study is to determine the psychococial mechanism of physical culture and sports in the prevention and rehabilitation of drug addicts.

Research methods – the mechanisms of the emergence of euphoria from communication in the process of physical exercise are considered.

The results of the study. Euphoria, pleasure, enjoyment, which are key for a former drug addict, who, in fact, was addicted, since there was no mental balance. But sport compensates for this and even forces this person to live the way every self-respecting person lives. In parallel with the cleansing of the body, there is also a return to a full-fledged ability to think, a return to adequate actions, i.e., the re-acquisition of reflexive self-regulation. A person begins to feel! A person begins to see beauty in nature and art, he comes into contact with the beautiful.

Conclusions. Thus, the former addict takes advantage of the opportunity, accepts it as a challenge to try something new, something that also brings pleasure, euphoria and the opportunity to experiment on himself.
