Abstract

Relevance. The balance function is purposefully developed in athletes engaged in ski jumping and cross-country skiing from an early age, however, a comparison of specific indicators of the static balance of representatives of the two sports has not been carried out so far.
The aim is a comparative analysis of the static balance of ski jumpers and biathlon skiers aged 12-14 who are engaged in the training stage of training.
Methods and organization of research. To assess the static balance in the laboratory, a sample in the acceleration rack was used. The athletes had to keep the balance for 30 seconds, with a tolerance control of 9 seconds. Descriptive statistics of all variables (M and SD) and statistical analysis were carried out in StatPlus 7 software. Visualization of indicators was performed in Rstudio. The calculations of the effect size were determined by the G-Hedges index, adjusted for samples of different sizes. The correlations were evaluated by the Pearson linear correlation test.
Conclusions. Pronounced and moderate disturbances of the equilibrium function were revealed. Biathlon skiers with a large effect size (g=2.6; g=3.8) have a lower LFS coefficient and a CD movement speed, which reflects better stability. Jumpers with an average effect size greater than double-wrestlers shift the CD to the right (g=0.5) and to the left (g=0.6). In both groups, an excessive forward displacement of the CD (Y, mm) was found (LD-131.98±25.77 mm; PLT-135.40±28.59 mm). Significantly significant correlations in the group of young ski jumpers were established between the length of the jump (R=0.6), points for jumping technique (R=0.5) and the "equilibrium function".

Abstract

Relevance. Nowadays, successes in the sports training of martial artists play a decisive role, and without systematic physical training from an early age it becomes difficult to count on outstanding results in a sports career. The importance of issues related to the physical training of young athletes cannot be overestimated, since not only the development of physical qualities of athletes, but also their future success in technique and tactics depends on how effectively they will be solved.
The purpose of the research: is to develop and test an effective functional training program adapted to increase the speed and strength training of karate students at the stage of in-depth specialization.
Research methods and organization: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, method of pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
Conclusions. Training programs aimed at developing physical abilities at a young age should take into account not only the aspects of strength and endurance, but also focus on the development of coordination, flexibility and reaction, which play an important role in karate. It is these fundamental qualities that determine further technical progress and the overall skill level of athletes. Consequently, scientific research aimed at developing optimal physical training techniques for young karate players is an important stage in improving the educational and training process and contributes to the formation of highly qualified athletes capable of achieving outstanding results in the international arena.

Abstract

Relevance. Currently, there is no knowledge of what kind of stress the cardiovascular system is subjected to during special running exercises (SBU), how prolonged running exercises affect the heart rate (HR). So, it remains unexplored: what is the average heart rate (HRSsr) characteristic of the SBU, what maximum values it can reach during the performance of a particular running exercise, which does not allow them to be used reasonably to achieve certain goals in the process of physical training.
The purpose of this study was to study the functioning of the cardiovascular system of women during special running exercises.
Methods and organization of research. To achieve this goal, an experiment was conducted in which 6 women participated. Before the test procedure, the subjects performed a workout that included a fiveminute slow run and flexibility exercises. Then, the subjects in cross-country shoes performed the following complex of running and running exercises: slow running, running with a whip of the shin, running on straight legs, running with a high knee lift, rolling from toe to toe, mincing running, jumping, fast running, the length of the distance at which they performedThere was a run and the SBU was 100 meters. Polar heart rate monitors and chest heart rate sensors H9 were used to determine heart rate indicators.
Conclusions. The results of the experiment showed that most of the exercises aimed at developing speed and strength abilities turned out to be more stressful compared to exercises aimed at developing endurance. Thus, using special basic exercises in the process of physical training in order to develop physical qualities, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the activity of the cardiovascular system during their performance, and depending on the level of preparedness of those involved, it is necessary to regulate the intensity of physical activity by changing various characteristics: the length of the distance of performance, the number of repetitions, rest intervals, or the pace of performing special running exercises.

Abstract

Relevance The article is devoted to the study of ideas about the group emotions of a sports team as a small group. Achieving group-wide goals becomes more difficult within the framework of intra-group interaction due to the need for equal inclusion of all team members in this process. In the process of teamwork, there is an increase in emotions and experiences, which affects the effectiveness of work.

The aim of the study is to determine the influence of collective emotions on team spirit in playing sports.

Methods and organization of research. It is known that the collective emotions shared by the group members can be both positive (pride for their country, joy for the success of their team) and negative (fear, anger). It is noteworthy that collective experiences are necessary and important for the team, as they enhance the effectiveness of interaction between its members. Collective emotions in the form of festive experiences, the experiences of fans at sports, ethnic, religious and patriotic, aesthetic, and jealous character for non-permanent groups.

The analysis of scientific data on this problem has revealed that the study of the mechanisms and causes of group emotions is focused on the analysis of predominantly negative group emotions, or on the study of collective emotions in groups of a non-permanent nature of interaction. It should be noted that group activity is stressful, especially in the field of team sports. Many researchers in the field of sports psychology emphasize the existence of additional stressors in the field of team sports, coupled with the need for constant interaction with other people to achieve a common goal. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the study of such a phenomenon as group coping.

Conclusions. Thus, an important role is played by a detailed study of group coping in overcoming stress by a team, its importance in the process of expressing group emotions, the mechanisms of its occurrence and management are interesting in order to increase the level of psychological fitness of modern team sports athletes.

Abstract

Relevance. In intellectual sports (chess, go), the advantage of artificial intelligence is no longer questioned by anyone. However, in game sports, the game is still managed by coaches. Nevertheless, the segment of IT services for game analytics already looks impressive. The information array of a game sport is too large for one coach. Coaches can still identify 1-2 of the strongest and weakest players. And they don't know what's going on in the middle of the list. If they are asked to place the players in descending order of their game according to one of the components, they will consider it a mockery. Instead of a local model of the game for each meeting, coaches have been building a model of their team's game for a universal opponent for years. Therefore, coaches use the potential of the team, on average, only by 67%. This unrealized potential of the team can give about 22-28% additional points, depending on a number of factors.
The purpose of the study is to obtain the maximum possible result of the game through the calculation of profitable exchanges.
Methods and organization of research. The technology used was named PIRS and was successfully tested on the Russian national futsal team, which moved from 5th place in the world ranking in 2011 to 1st place in 2018. A service was created for the technology to work www.ra-first.com , which of the site's game data flashscore.com generates a team rating. This allows you to obtain accurate values of player ratings based on video recordings and, at the very least, calculate the probability of winning single combats from the rating difference, calculate the game scenario, combinations, substitutions, etc. However, PIRS assumed manual data collection. The current project may allow us to obtain neural networks capable of automatically analyzing technical and tactical martial arts (TTE), exchanges. Another possible continuation of the project is to suggest to the player in the earphone a plan for his further actions. The PIRS technology is best suited for recruiting the Russian national team, whose players play in a wide variety of clubs around the world.
Conclusions. The main problem with all IT products for sports is that they were made by IT specialists in order to sell. Not scientists in order to solve the problem, but IT specialists for sale. As a result, the resulting figures are not only useless, but also create informational garbage in the coach's head. At the same time, all IT products do not involve transferring the analysis of the previous match to the next one. This mission will be forwarded to the coach.
